The during my stay was incredibly frustrating. Upon entering the hotel, the unpleasant smell of smoke was overwhelming. To make matters worse, our room was unclean, with cigarette ash scattered across the beds. The check-in process was chaotic, exacerbated by a dead key card device that resulted in us being locked out. The mattress was rock-hard and the pillows provided no comfort. Overall, I felt more unwelcome than relaxed during my stay.
